At the Vineyard, we believe each person should be convinced in his or her own heart what one believes. As the pastor I encourage each person that is part of our gathering to find out what the Bible has to say about any issue. My position is just that, my position. If anyone has a different understanding, based on the Bible, we would at least be open to hear what an individual feels the scripture says on the issue. We want everyone to be accepting of one another and at least try to understand their position. This will promote growth for all of us and will maintain harmony even if we can not agree on a particular issue. We believe God want us to be in right relationship more than he wants us to separate over differences that could cause division.
